A Russian wanted on drug-trafficking charges back home was arrested in Huay Yai running an export company.
Vitalii Trofimov, 38, was taken into custody by immigration police Oct. 3 at his Huay Yai home.
An Interpol “red notice” for his arrest had been issued Aug. 8.
