A navy sailor was hurt when a tire blew out on his Toyota sedan, causing an accident involving three other vehicles in Sattahip.
Chief Petty Officer 1st Class Sanchai Polchan, 36, suffered a minor head injury in the crash in front of Wat Luang Pho Ei on Beach Road near Sattahip Market Feb. 27.

The sailor said he was driving when the front tire of his Soluna blew out. He lost control and plowed into two motorcycles and a pickup truck parked on the side of the road. The Soluna rolled and ended on its roof.
The vehicle carnage blocked traffic for 30 minutes.
