Police are searching for a man seen masturbating in the middle of Sattahip Market.
A 21-year-old woman filed a complaint with police May 21, showing them a photo of the suspect and his truck license plate, saying she was shocked when he began pleasuring himself in front of her.
The woman said she was working at a clinic at the market when the suspect, in his early 40s, parked his Toyota Vigo in front of her shop and sat down outside, facing her through the window.
He then performed his obscene act before fleeing the scene.
