Pruktinan Leangpaiboon, director of technical promotion and support for the ministry’s Region 2 area, hosted the May 30 workshop at the Sea Breeze Jomtien Resort.

Attendees heard lectures from Poonchai Jitanantawittaya, vice president of the Social Business Association, Khemachart Satittantiwej, director of corporate relations for the Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Co, and Associate Professor Thongtipa Wiriyaphan, who chairs the ministry’s corporate responsibility committee.

The ministry hosts its Social Expo yearly to exchange and showcase academic works to mitigate economic inequality and improve the quality of life for the disadvantaged.
This year’s expo has a focus on corporate responsibility and projects companies can undertake to achieve the ministry’s goals.

The expo takes place July 5-7 at Challenger Hall 2 at Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani.
