After getting an emergency pothole patch, South Road now is being given a proper resurfacing meant to protect the busy thoroughfare against heavy use and repeated flooding.
Contactor North Brick Co. is carrying out the 14.8 million baht project to resurface South Road between Second and Third roads.
Workers began near Chaimongkol Temple on Oct. 12 with police managing traffic congestion during the 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. work hours.
