A Swedish man was injured when he fell from a second-floor balcony in Jomtien Beach.
Laser Olson, 67, needed 12 stitches at Pattaya Memorial Hospital to close the gash on his head he got when he fell from his room at the Welcome Hotel July 11.
Police are trying to determine if he fell, jumped or wash pushed.
