Adisak Srirung, 18, suffered a broken neck after colliding head-on with a Toyota Wigo pickup truck driven by 44-year-old Sombut Sanjan on Chaiyapornwitti Road in front of World Gas.

The victim had just received the red-and-black Honda he was driving. He not only didn’t wear his helmet – it was still buckled to the motorbike’s frame – but he was driving on the wrong side of the road.
