National Police Chief Gen. Adul Saengsingkaew met Metropolitan Police Bureau and Highway Police Division officers training in Pattaya.
Deputy Chief Lt. Col. Ruangsak Jarit-ek welcomed his boss to the Jomtien Beach Hotel March 18.
Adul addressed 90 officers participating in a traffic police training program. The program’s objectives were to train traffic police on law enforcement so that every police station would practice the same way. The program ran March 17-21.
