Pattaya workers filled potholes and repaired broken tiles in a patch-up job on Thepprasit Soi 7.
Engineering foreman Apichai Namkhet led a work crew out June 29 following complaints about both street and the sidewalk, which had collapsed when broken water pipes washed away the foundation.
Pattaya earlier had hired a contractor to work on the water supply pipes to stop the leaks. The city crew resurfaced the road and rebuilt the pavement. The operation took about three hours.
