Three people were hurt when a foreign man and his girlfriend crashed their motorbike due to Second Road’s uneven surface.
The unidentified couple, both in their mid-30s, was taken to Pattaya Memorial Hospital. The foreign man was unconscious and the Thai woman suffered injuries. Another unnamed motorbike driver suffered a leg injury.
Witnesses reported that the bike was traveling at high-speed when they hit a dip in the road near Soi 13 caused by uneven grading of the recently resurfaced thoroughfare. The foreign man lost control and hit another biker.
