Young motorcyclists caught not wearing helmets were forced to collect garbage in hopes they start driving smarter.
Two female students rushing to school got stopped at a checkpoint in front of the Pattaya Police Station March 6. Instead of writing them a ticket, the traffic officers forced them to pick up trash and show the cops their work before being allowed to go.
The students politely thanked the officers for sparing them a ticket and promised to wear helmets in the future.
