The children, from HHN’s Drop-in Center, ASEAN Education Center and Child Protection and Development Center enjoyed lunch before getting basic swimming lessons, including holding their breath under water.

They also played volleyball and were given instruction on good sportsmanship.

The Lufthansa team planned to stay in Pattaya for a month to study the work of the HHN facilities and its mission to develop at-risk youths. Afterward, executives will recommend whether the airline’s headquarters in Germany should sponsor HHN programs.
