East Pattaya youths were shown creative ways to spend their free time as the Social Development Department continued its series of workshops around the city.
Social assistance chief Teerapon Srijan was welcomed July 19 to the Marb Pradu Community on Khao Talo Soi 3 by neighborhood President Supapon Sanphakaew.
Area parents brought their children for a free day of education games and snacks while social workers talked about the dangers of drugs, video games and other vices.
The kids were shown things they can do after school to stay away from drugs, such as arts and crafts.
Pattaya will hold the next workshops on the Soi Post Office and Naklua Old Market communities Aug. 9.
