The Royal Thai Navy donated sports and education equipment Juksamet School.
Rear Adm. Ekaraj Pornhomlampak, commander of Air and Coastal Defense Command, led the Feb. 22 presentation to school Principal Yaowarat Phutasorn with sponsor Satira Puakprapan.
Ekaraj said the donation was part of the navy’s educational outreach program to support area schools. The goal is to strengthen the connection between the navy and private sector and support educational development.
Sports, he said, provides a healthy distraction for youths to keep them away from drugs.
