One of the biggest Regents stories of Term 1 is the launch of the brand new Global Campus, a fantastic new initiative which is only available to students at Regents and the 41 other Nord Anglia Education (NAE) schools around the world.

The Global Campus has been designed to give extraordinary learning opportunities to the 32,000 students who attend an NAE school. From September 2015, Regents’ students have been able to connect with other NAE students around the world to collaborate, discuss and learn together. The Global Campus helps students to explore the world and develop a truly international perspective through a wide range of activities undertaken in school, online, or at an inspirational destination somewhere around the globe.

Assistant Head of Primary, Miss Hannah, congratulates two Year 5 students on putting their Global Campus passport to good use.

Highlights for the first half of this year include several competitions for both Primary and Secondary students, like the creative writing competition, the open mic competition, the Be Ambitious Challenge, and the Music Challenge.

For the 8 to 11 age range, a special ‘passport’ will act as a guide to the learning opportunities offered by the Global Campus: achieve 22 stamps in your passport and you will earn a Star Award.

For our more senior students, the Thinking Futures section of the Global Campus provides well-researched advice and resources to assist them with their plans to move to higher education.

The Global Campus team based in Oxford, UK will be adding to the Global Campus online every week, so students wishing to be stretched will keep coming back to see what is new and what can be achieved.
