Pattaya School No. 8 administrators reviewed curriculum and took a satisfaction survey in a meeting with parents.
Former Culture Ministry advisor Surat “Mike” Mekavarakul of the Mike Group hosted the May 26 meeting with Pattaya Councilman Wichit Nongyai and hundreds of parents.
Surat reviewed the change in the Thai education system over the years and talked about the increasing importance of technology in schools.

Principal Arporn Rachasingto then took over to discuss the school’s Mini English Program, a special course started to promote the learning of English to prepare students for the ASEAN Economic Community.
The Mini English Program is sponsored city hall and will continue throughout the 2015 school year, she said.
Hundreds of parents turned out to hear what the school administrators had to say about their children’s education.
