
Pattaya’s Public Health Department provided free diphtheria and tetanus vaccinations to students in the city’s primary schools.
Nurse Anya Jantrakard led the team that inoculated pupils in grades 1-6 at Pattaya School No. 3 July 5.
Diphtheria and tetanus are serious ailments that lead to respiratory and nervous problems.
The shots are given annually, but each youngster requires boosters after five years.
