The Chonburi Red Cross donated uniforms to poor students in Banglamung District.
Red Cross Chairwoman Supaporn Thienchai opened the Sept. 15 event at the district office where 50 disadvantaged students from 15 Pattaya-area schools received new uniforms.
All the students were in first through fifth grades. The donation helped their parents ensure the children can continue their educations in the coming years.
