Regents International School Pattaya held its annual Careers Fair for Year 10 and 11 students last week. The event is one that students really embrace as they start seriously exploring potential careers.

Head of Careers, Mrs Rhiana Courlander explains; “It is important that our students are given the opportunity to explore a wide range of careers and to learn from the experiences of professionals. Every year we aim to get a wide range of careers for our students to explore and this year we had careers such as entrepreneurship, aircraft engineering, acting, ophthalmology, marketing and many more.

Attending this event opens the students up to a variety of careers that they may not have considered prior to the fair. The students are also given an opportunity to develop skills in communication, self-presentation and networking, which will prepare them for university and job interviews, and other professional interactions.”
