The children at Regents International School Pattaya were in a state of shock last week. Having challenged their teachers to take part in a ‘wake-and-shake’ dance – a morning ritual during the school’s Green & Healthy Week – they were surprised to discover that the teachers could in fact string together some half-decent dance moves.

Putting aside all thoughts of the aching limbs and creaking joints which are a natural by-product of a career in teaching, the staff showed how much they still have to offer to the world of dance.

The children could only stand and stare as their teachers ‘busted some moves’.

Buoyed by their success, the teachers promised that it was only a matter of time before they challenged the children in skateboarding, hide-and-seek and Minecraft.

Miss Stephanie and her colleagues impressed with their coordination.

There was boundless energy on display from the teachers.
