The final Lighthouse Club networking night for 2011 took place at the Havana Bar of the Holiday Inn in Pattaya on Friday the 4th of November.

It’s been quite a year for the LHC with a lot of new faces coming along each month to their relaxed style events.

At the Havana Bar over 370 people were in attendance and even at 6 p.m. the place was packed.

The night was sponsored by Heights Holdings/Vistas who had a huge representation in terms of their staff giving out information and complimentary flash-drives pre-loaded with videos about all their projects.

The staff at the Havana was as attentive as ever ensuring that people’s glasses were always kept topped and the finger food constantly replenished.

Tracy Cosgrove from the Melissa Cosgrove Children’s Foundation, which is the main beneficiary of the LHC Pattaya, stated that the flooding in the north had had a massive impact on her income and that although she sympathized with those affected by the floods, she urged people not to forget about ‘her children’ who need a constant stream of cash just to take care of daily meals, etc.

By the end of the night over a hundred and forty thousand baht was raised which will go towards helping these children.

Even after the official end of the event at 8:30 p.m., the party continued well into the night with many enjoying the company and the discounted drinks.

There will be a red carpet Christmas tree light up ceremony in aid of the Melissa Cosgrove Children’s Foundation on Friday, December 9, at the Centara Hotel.

The event is sponsored by CEA Projects and will include a sumptuous cocktail buffet, free flow drinks with a couple of amazing items being auctioned and raffled.

You can also bring a gift for a child to put under the Christmas tree as Santa will be there. Children are also welcome.  The dress code is black and bling and tickets are available from Tracy on 0847785476 priced at only 1250 baht.
