The Chonburi Red Cross is ready to carry out full slate of charitable projects after naming 35 new members to its board for two-year terms.
President Busarawadee Ekachai, wife of Chonburi Gov. Khomsan Ekachai, was reappointed to a new term and the wives of two deputy governors, Nittaya Eimcharoen and Nuanjan Saeng-Uthai, were named vice presidents, along with Satil Kunplome, wife of Chonburi Provincial Administrative President Witthaya Kunplome.
Busarawadee Ekachai, wife of Chonburi Gov. Khomsan Ekachai, was reappointed to a new term as president of the Chonburi Red Cross.
Busarawadee named, in total, 21 members to the board while 14 more were elected.
She thanked the outgoing board members, whose terms expired on Dec. 31, for their time and efforts to organize 23 projects during the past year.
