The Human Help Network Thailand was honored for its fundraising efforts at IFC Asia’s Social Impact Awards in Bangkok.

The Pattaya-based foundation was placed second in the Innovative Fundraising Campaign category at a June 27 gala dinner at the Bangkok Marriott. Operation Blessing Foundation of the Philippines placed first and Indonesia Medik third.

The organization won the honor for two of its projects: the HHN project Mobile Training Unit and the Child Protection Card Game.

The IFC in Asia hosted the three-day International Fundraising Congress to give fundraisers, change-makers, volunteers and others from all over the region the chance to further their knowledge, share experiences and create new work, as well as personal connections. Over three days, participants had the choice between various different workshops and sessions by top speakers from the charity, marketing and communication sectors.

It is the third consecutive year HHN placed in the top three. Last year it was third and in 2015 second.
