The management of the Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa showed their gratitude for hard work done by hundreds of employees at the company’s annual Associates Appreciation Week party.
Supadit Maneeratjarusri, a consultant for Minor International, which operates the Marriott under license, hosted the annual party May 17 in the South Pattaya hotel’s ballroom.
Employees enjoyed a show by staffers from the Marriott’s fitness club and learned about the Skill Soft program, which helps develop various skills through computer training. There were also games to strengthen staff unity.

Supadit encouraged workers to maintain their good performance and attitude. “It has brought me happiness to be a part of the success born of the sweat of employees who have worked together and passed through obstacles,” he said.
Human Resources Director Natthanaruchol Sukolsukhmanee said the event was to thank workers for building the hotel’s strong reputation.
Laundry supervisor Suchada Changyaem said she enjoyed the festivities and saw it as a way to boost morale and encourage employees to do better.
