Suntorn said there is a general consensus in research literature that a team consists of two or more individuals, who have specific roles, perform interdependent tasks, are adaptable, and share a common goal. To work effectively together, team members must possess specific knowledge, skills, and attitudes such as the skill of monitoring each other’s performance, knowledge their own and teammate’s task responsibilities, and a positive disposition toward working in a team.

Itthiphol said the project was a great way to develop women in society. It was also a great way to train people to learn about human rights and to educate them that men and women are equal.
