The Pattaya Sports Club delivered 200 pairs of glasses to students at Wat Ban Chang School where it earlier this month funded free eye exams.
Charity chairwoman Noi Emmerson and board members brought the 67,000 baht in spectacles to the Rayong school Nov. 19 along with 10 computers worth 130,000 baht.
Preeda Teeraratchadorn, principal of Wat Ban Chang School, greeted the PSC members and brought them to students waiting for better vision.
The charity committee had visited the school Nov. 12 with a team of optical professionals to evaluate student vision. About 100 were found to be short-sighted while another 100 had other vision problems.
