Youths with a heart for charity helped the Banglamung Interact Club celebrate its 23rd anniversary and install the new president for 2015-16.

Taking the helm for the 2015-2016 year, President Suratsawadee Viriyakul delivered the Aug. 29 opening speech said, “We’ve already started planning this year, mostly by continuing what we started last year. We do need to research what the community requires in the Pattaya and Banglamung area and see if people need such things as repairing schools or playground equipment.”

The Interact Club of Banglamung School was founded in 1992 and is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Pattaya which provides support and guidance. The aim is for Interact clubs to learn to be self-governing and self-supporting.
