The TISCO Foundation donated more than 260,000 baht in prosthetics to the Father Ray Foundation’s school and students in the Northeast.
Foundation President Wannee Ubondet presented the five wheelchairs and five gel seat cushions worth 132,000 baht to the Nong Khai Redemptorist Vocational School and an electric wheelchair, four non-motorized chairs, three seat cushions and a walker worth 134,236 baht to six students at the school March 12.
TISCO Foundation is a charitable organization founded in 1982 by TISCO Bank Pcl to engage in social development. The foundation is supported by TISCO Bank, its employees and customers to support education, medical treatment, and vocational training.
Representatives from the TISCO Foundation donate prosthetics to the Father Ray Foundation.
The foundation has donated 204 million baht since it was founded. Those donations went toward scholarships for underprivileged students, medical treatments for poor people, prosthetics for the disabled, and vocational support for the poor. It also has partnered with other charitable organizations to work for society.
