A fine selection of wines from South Africa will feature at the Amari Wine Experience which is to be held on Friday the 26th of February in the beautiful gardens situated between the Garden Wing and the main tower.
Guests can enjoy the flavours of the Nederburg Winemasters Chardonnay a classic dry white made from 100% chardonnay grapes and a Two Oceans 2014 Sauvignon Blanc which is described as an elegant wine with a crisp acidity, offering a bounty of passion fruit, green apple and sweet melon flavours.
From the reds there will be the Nederburg Foundation Duet 2013 which is a medium-to full-bodied wine with velvety fruit, cinnamon and integrated oak flavours made from 60% Shiraz, 40% Pinotage and dry yet fruity Two Oceans Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot.
As ever the executive chef at the Amari Shaun Venter will create an exclusive menu to pair the wines with dishes especially prepared for the event along with live music from the house duo.
The event starts at 6:30pm until 8:30pm and costs only 950baht per person and those with Children over the age of six years old can take advantage of the Kids Club for the duration of the event.
