April’s golfer of the month Colin Greig carried on from where he left off last month with yet another win. Colin won on a count-back from Tony Robbins with Ken Davidson taking third place with 34 points.

Wednesday, May 4, Phoenix Mountain & Ocean – Medal
Geoff Parker had a fine round of golf after his two month lay off, unluckily missing out on the runners up place after losing out on a count-back to John Graham, but a near pin prize made up for it. The best round of the day came from Dave Ashman who shot a superb five under par to win by a mile.

At the end of a very quiet week for golfing, old timer Reg Smart got his name on the score sheet, beating Mashi on a count-back to take the honours. Reggies’ mate Peter Habgood got in the frame too, taking third place also on a count-back, beating John Graham.
