After a quick check-in at Pattavia on Monday we were off the first tee 40 minutes early under sunny skies and with a nice breeze all day. The course was in fine condition with fast greens.
We had two flights today with the cut at handicap 22 and the soon to be heading home Rob Brown won the A Flight with a fine 40 points. Walter Baechli came in second after winning a count back over Carole Kubicki in third, and Elias Magnusson tidied up the podium in fourth with 34 points.
Italian Tizano dal Pasto won the B Flight with 35 points, three ahead of Mike Winfield who claimed second on a count back from Dave Richardson, both with 32 points each, and Svend Gaarde placed fourth with 30.
