The HRH Princess Soamsawali Cup charity fun-run will take place along Pattaya Beach on Saturday, June 11, starting in front of Central Festival Pattaya Beach shopping mall at 5 p.m. (race registration from 3 p.m.)
There will be three distances to compete in: 1.5 km, 3.0 km. and 6.0 km and the prizes will be administered according to various age and gender related categories. Note the 1.5 km walk run is for women and children aged 7 years and below only.
The entrance fee is 250 baht and includes t-shirt, free food and drink plus live musical entertainment. Proceeds from the event will go to help construction of HIV patients’ accommodation at the Glory Hut Foundation in cooperation with Nongprue Municipality, and also to support the water filtration machine project of Sirijaroenwat Forrest and 10 other projects of the YWCA Pattaya.
