PSC golf from The Three Sisters Bar
Don Goins did it again: he was back in the hunt and made it to the podium last Wednesday, Jan. 26, at Pattaya Country Club. He was running hot but had no points on the last two holes to drop back into second place.
On the other hand, Ciano Glavina, although he faltered on the back nine, managed to hang on to come in with 39 points to win the day. He bogeyed the first hole then ran off six pars in a row. He then bogeyed the 8th and 9th to score 24 points on the front nine. The wind picked up on the back nine and it might have affected everyone’s score.

Don, at second place, had 35 points. Coming in just back of Don were two others with 33 points each. Herb Ishinaga and Paul Kinmon were trying but did not have enough to contend for the monthly trophy. Ciano starts off the new year as the first name on the list for 2011.
