Bangpakong was the game today and we were able to tee off 5 minutes early under sunny skies and windy conditions.  The course was in fine shape with some bunkers modified into links style with deep faces.

Two flights today with the cut at handicap 21 and a full bag of pins to shoot for.  Brian Gabe won the A Flight with a fine 41 points, five ahead of Mike Allidi in second while Michelle Sancillo took third on a count back over Ulf Larsson, both on 34 points.  Elias Magnusson completed the flight podium in fifth.

Franco Moretti took the B Flight honours with 37 points while Gordon Clegg claimed second on a count back from Graham Buckinghan, both on 35 points.  Svend Gaarde and Carole Kubicki took the minor places in fourth and fifth respectively.

Another sunny day greeted us at Crystal Bay skies and the course was in good shape with the greens the best they have been in months.

Again we had sufficient numbers for two flights and Richard Kubicki won the top division with a fine 41 points.  Takeshi Hakozaki played well to finish in second with 38 points, Michelle Sancillo was two further back in third and Kjeld Ravn took fourth on a count back from Peter Sindberg, both with 35 points each.

Tom Cotton ran away with the B Flight after returning a lofty 43 points.  Jan Lovgreen came second with 36 points while Gorden Clegg won third place on a count back from Carole Kubicki, both with 35’s.  Peter Hammond completed the podium one point back in fifth.
