Navy was the venue on Monday and the scores were on the low side with Alan Laurie’s 33 points being the best of the day followed by Rick Culley and Clive Bruce on 32, Rick gaining the runner-up spot on count back.
Alan Laurie netted the only birdie ‘2’ of the day.
Wednesday, November 23, Green Valley – Stableford

Dave Strang – Friday’s B Flight winner at Greenwood.
There was better scoring at the society’s home course of Green Valley on Wednesday with Ian Covill returning a super 40 point tally to win the B Flight ahead of James Savage. Brian Orr topped the premier flight with an even par 36 points while Peter Henderson filled the runner-up position.
Roger Rush, Tony Oakes and Gavin Kelly all secured birdie ‘2’s for a share of the pot.
Friday, November 25, Greenwood – Medal

B Flight
1st Dave Strang (18) net 70
2nd Bruce Tollitt (19) net 73
A medal competition was held at Greenwood for the final outing of the week with the field split into two flights. Dave Strang returned a net 70 for the B Flight honours while Mike Phillips achieved a similar placing in A Flight with his net 72. Bruce Tollitt and Brian Orr were the respective runners-up in each division.
