A special cycling event titled “Share The Road @ Pattaya City” will be held on Sunday, June 14 with a 7 a.m. start point at Pattaya City Hall. Cyclists will take a circuitous route of approx. 35km out to Lake Mabprachan and return back to the centre of town.
A meeting was held at Pattaya City Hall on May 28 to discuss preparations for the event. Chairing the meeting, Pattaya deputy mayor Weerawat Kahkai said the bike ride was being organized to help promote better co-operation and understanding between cyclists and other road users and is open to all.
Hundreds of cyclists are expected to take part in the special cycling awareness ride on Sunday, June 14.
