The Backyard Golf Society
Being a holiday we did not know what to expect when arriving at Emerald Golf Course but we were pleasantly surprised to find the course empty with no one waiting on the tee.
Eight players today and we welcomed back Bob G, so with everyone in all competitions we got away early and four hours later were finished and sitting in the club house.
Danny L took the game with 37 points which enabled us to have someone else other than JJ in the photo this week! Geoff S will be pleased to know for the second week in a row, since he left, no one managed to hit the green for the nearest the pin prize so yet again it is rolled over to next week. The skin results were as follows: Dangle (7), Danny L (6), Broken Wing (3), JJ (1), and (1) rolled over to next week.
After prize giving it was down to BC for a few beers and nice to be able to walk around a few bars without some idiot throwing water over you!
