PSC Golf from Siam Country Resort Pattaya
Tuesday, Feb. 23, Pattavia – Stableford
Tuesday we went with 3 groups to Pattavia. The course was in excellent condition and the weather was a little bit cloudy. We were happy with an early start, because just after finishing the competition we had a huge shower on the way home.
Today, Paul Davies (H/cap 28) was the main man with 40 stableford points. In second came George Gamble (26) with 38 points and third was Sam Gettinby (23) with 34, beating Neil Harvey (17) and Paddy Devereux (18) on count back.

Thursday, Feb. 25, Silky Oak – Stableford
Silky Oak was our venue for Thursday and it had been a few months that we last played this course. It was a beautiful day and the course was very nice. On some holes the area around the green was too wet but the fairways were perfect.
The winner today was Bob Edwards (H/cap 10) with 37 points and second was Owen Walkley (17) with 36.
Nears pins were claimed by Willem Lasonder, Owen Walkley and Paddy Devereux.

Note: Siam Country Resort Pattaya, Restaurant & Bar is located just off Siam Country Club Rd, after going under the arch past the 7/11, turn right after 50 meters, with the venue on the left another 200 meters along. Golf from here is generally played on Tuesday & Thursday, with the Resort hosting prompt presentations on both days.
