PSC Golf from Siam Country Resort Pattaya
Tuesday, Jan. 8, Greenwood – Stableford
On Tuesday we went to Greenwood with 3 groups and played the A & B nines. It was a lovely day and the course was in very good condition even after the heavy rain the night before.
Paul Davies played very well and consistently today and won with 38 stableford points. Second was Bob Edwards with 36 points and in third came Martin Hayes with 35.
The near pins went to Paddy Devereux, Peter Pendlebury, Neil Harvey and Bob Edwards.
Thursday, Jan. 10, Mt. Shadow – Stableford
Mountain Shadow was our venue on Thursday and the course was in very good condition and challenging to play. We missed having a cool breeze today, but we survived the 18 holes.
Dave Smith was the man of the hour and won with 40 points. A modest distance behind was Willem Lasonder in second with 37 points while Bob Edwards took third with 35.
The near pins were claimed by Jonathan Pratt, Dave Smith, Martin Hayes and Willem Lasonder.
