For the past two months Phoenix Gold Golf and Country Club has been running a FREE golf carts offer every Tuesdays for everyone, which has proved to be a massive success.
The club, which has taken over 1,500 bookings just for Tuesdays since July 9, has now decided to extend the offer until the end of October.
‘The number of golfers who have taken advantage of our free cart offer has been amazing.
Phoenix Gold’s free golf carts on Tuesday offer has been extended until October 31.
“Traditionally Tuesdays have been one of the slowest days of the week for us, with sometimes less than 25 bookings taken, but since the cart offer started we have averaged over 185 bookings each Tuesday,” said General Manager Nathawat Aksornchat.
After recently successfully upgrading the Mountain and Ocean courses, the new owners at Phoenix Gold Golf and Country Club are currently half way through completely redesigning their Lakes course, with top Thai golf designer Pirapon Namatra overseeing the project.
That work is expected to be completed by late November 2015, meanwhile the club is open for business and the members and visitors are enjoying the remaining 18 holes.
Nathawat Aksornchat added, “Our Tuesday free cart offer has brought us a lot of new golfers plus many who have returned, and the feedback after playing our upgraded 18 holes has been very encouraging. The potential here is fantastic and over the next couple of years we will be working hard to improve not only all 27 holes, but also updating the clubhouse and facilities too.”
