PSC Golf from Siam Country Resort Pattaya
Monday, May 28, Pleasant Valley – Stableford
On Monday we went to Pleasant Valley with 2 groups. The weather looked good and we looked forward to a nice game but arriving at the venue we were almost shocked bythe condition of the course. It was so awful wet that it was almost unplayable, but we decided to soldier on.
We didn’t make great scores today and only Paddy Devereux didn’t seem to be impressed by the circumstances and delivered a regular score of 36 stableford points. Second on the day and six points back was Stan Rees with 30.
The near pins went to Stan Rees, Jonathan Pratt and Paddy Devereux.
Thursday, May 31, Pattavia – Stableford
Pattavia was our venue on Thursday and the course was in very good condition and a pleasure to play. The weather was cloudy and we had a nice breeze to keep things comfortable.
The man of the day was Dave Smith who won with 37 points. Second was again Stan Rees with 35 points, beating Jonathan Pratt on the last hole.
The near pins were claimed by Willem Lasonder and Neil Harvey.
