PSC Golf from Siam Country Resort
Tuesday, July 14, Crystal Bay – Stableford
Crystal Bay was our venue for the Tuesday. The course was suffering a little bit under the drought and the greens were not easy, but we had a nice day with good weather. We played the A and C courses; it is a pity that the B course is closed for a long time.
The results were good today and everybody scored more than 30 stableford points. The winner was Willem Lasonder (H/cap 19) with 35 points and second was Jonathan Pratt (10) with 33.
The near pins prizes went to Neil Harvey, Mike Jackson and Jonathan Pratt.

Thursday, July 16, Khao Kheow – Stableford
Thursday we went to Khao Keow and it was a pleasure to see our Qatar-men again. The course was in good shape and it was a nice day for playing golf.
Today’s winner was Stan Rees (H/cap 26) with 34 points ahead of Jonathan Pratt, once agian in second and this time scoring 32 points.
Only 2 near pins today, recorded by Jonathan Pratt and Willem Lasonder.
Note: Siam Country Resort, Restaurant & Bar is located just off Siam Country Club Rd, after going under the arch past the 7/11, turn right after 50 meters, with the venue on the left another 200 meters along. Golf from here is generally played on Tuesday & Thursday, with the Resort hosting prompt presentations on both days.
