Thursday, Oct. 5, Greenwood – Stableford
This week only one game as Tuesday’s outing was washed out by rain. On Thursday we went to Greenwood and this time the sky cleared up and we had a dry day. We played the A & B course and despite of all the rain it was in good condition with no water in the bunkers.
We witnessed an thrilling contest between Neil Harvey and Jonathan Pratt and the decision went down to the last hole. Although Jonathan started 2 points ahead of Neal on the 18th, Neal kept his head cool and nullyfied his opponent’s advantage to take first place on count-back, both finishing on 38 points.
The nears pins went to Daniel Oshiro (2) and Jonathan.
