The Backyard Golf Society
Turning up at Emerald golf course for our weekly game of golf it was somewhat of a surprise to see we had a total of 17 players! Due to a lack of communications we only had our normal 3 tee times but thanks to the starter at the course everyone managed to get a game.
John Mac took the game win with a 20 to 19 back nine score to just push Neville into second. Nearest the pin went to new man Tony C and the skin results were as follows: John Mac (6), Neville (3), Dan M (3), Dangle (2), Tom B (2), and finally Bernie (2).
Note: To save any problems in the future, can members bringing extra players please be sure to phone Dave up beforehand to make sure we have enough tee times! On a lighter matter, congratulations to Andy M for becoming a father (again) and we all wish the best for the future to him, Joy and the baby boy.
