Monday, Sept. 18, Burapha – Stableford

We had 17 golfers take on the A and B links at Burapha, all shooting for the four top prizes.  Fourth place on the day was claimed by Sugar Ray Handford with an impressive 38 points while Dave Stockman edged Van Heelvelde on count-back for second spot after they both scored 40 points each.  Top of the pile meanwhile was Bob Lindborg with a magnificent 42 points.

Wednesday, Sept. 20, Khao Kheow – Stableford

Fourteen outbackers took to the A an B courses of Khao Kheow on a very hot and humid day.  As seems to be the norm, it was the low handicappers who prevailed on this tricky course and Paul Smith claimed second from Chris Kerr on count back with 38 points each, both playing off a 4-handicap.  Neither was as good however as Neil Lavery (handicap 12) who took the gold with a mighty impressive 41 points.
