Greenwood was the game on Monday and we teed off in sunny conditions 10 minutes ahead of schedule.  The course was in fine condition with some pretty fast greens.

Back in the clubhouse after a round of 4 hours and 10 minutes, welcomes went out to Ronnie Ratte, John Orlebeck, Gianpalo Degrandis and Bjarne Kjar.  We also said farewell to Kenneth Madsen who was heading back to Denmark.

Two flights today with the cut at handicap 20 and and a full bag of pins to shoot for.

Kenneth Madsen took the A Flight honours with a fine 42 points, three up on Ulf Larsson in second while Silvo Bizzotto took third with 36 points and Michele Sancillo snatched fourth on a count back over Maurice herberg in fifth.

Dave Richardson won the B Flight with 35 points, just one ahead of second placed Mike Winfield, Svende Gaarde was third with 31 and Carole Kubicki and Ronnie Ratte completed the podium.

The Thai Navy’s Plutaluang was the test today and again we had good weather and a golf course in fine condition with faster greens than shown on the clubhouse notice board.  We were able to get around in just over 4 hours.

Back in the clubhouse, welcomes went out to Finner Magnusson, Inge Magfridsen and Oli Popp and a goodbye to Michele Sancillo.

Two flights again today and Leif Kirkgaard took the A Flight top spot on a count back from Richard Kubicki, both with a fine 40 point hauls.  Kaj Aabling wa third on a count back from Michelle Sancillo, both on 37 and Ulf Larsson was 2 further back in fifth.

Peter Hammond won the B Flight with 34 points, one ahead of Peter Bygballe and Dave Richardson with Peter taking second on count back.  Ronnie Ratte came in fourth on a count back over Svende Gaarde, both with 32 points each.
