PSC Golf from Mulligans Lakeside
Tuesday, Feb. 12, Wangjuntr – Stableford
It was a busy week with a game at Wangjuntr Valley course to kick it off. No competition here as it was decided better to play from different tees (depending on the challenge players wanted to accept). Some players opted for the very back Gold tees at a smidgen under 7200 yards, while the majority went from the White at a similar little over 6,000 yards. All enjoyed the day, the course & the challenge, with a noteworthy performance from George Gamble (21) who shot a commendable score of 36 points from the Whites.
Thursday, Feb. 14, Mt. Shadow – Stableford
Thursday was back to normal competition with Mountain Shadow the venue from the Blue tees at a modest 6,276 yards. The comp was contested by 2 flights today, with the split at 19+.

The lower flight was won by Jeff Wylie (7) with an outstanding 42 points, followed in by Owen Walkley (11) & Bob Edwards (8) who were separated by count back 17/14 after both signed for 29 points.
The upper flight was a closer battle, with Clive Hoseason (23) getting the nod on count back 18/17 over Jim Federspiel (19) after carding 34 points each. Picking up the bronze was Daniel Oshiro (21) with 30 points.
Near pin prizes were won by Bob, Graham & Jeff with 2.
Friday was the PSC tournament at Plutaluang W & N, and it was ML regular Martin Hayes (12) showing how it should be done, winning the Low Gross with a career best 77. Phompimon Seesa, more commonly known as Mham (28) was happy with second spot in the Ladies after recording 34 points. Technical awards were picked up in C & D flights by Jim Federspiel & Willem Lasonder making it a pretty good day for the ML crew.
Note: Mulligans Lakeside plays golf generally on Tuesday & Thursday, with ML hosting prompt presentations on both days.
