PSC golf from the Blue Moose Sports Bar
Wednesday, Oct. 24, Phoenix – Stableford
On Wednesday last week the Blue Moose golfers made the short trip to Phoenix Golf Club where we played the Mountain and Lakes course. Even with heavy rain the previous day the fairways were in good shape and the carts were allowed onto the fairways. This was good since the weather was very hot with little wind.
We led off on the Mountain and we breezed around the course. There was a minor problem on the Lakes because the starter started additional golfers on the back nine.

Rich Murphy rejoined the Moose golfers after returning from the States but his score was not up to his usual standard. Matt Miller came in first on the day with 37 points. In his normal position, Arnold Van DeGraaf came in second with 35 points while Joe St.Laurent, still struggling, came in third with 33 points.
While checking out scores, food and beverages were enjoyed at the Moose Sports Bar & Grill.
