The fantastic run continues for the ‘Montauk Mauler’ Mike Newbert. Not only does he win here at our TGC comps, but also takes the PSC Monthly “A” Flight with a first there as well. Ya done us proud Mike!
Paul “Take it Easy” Greenaway has also had a great run of late and posted his handicap on 36 points as did high handicapper Ron Robertson to tie for second place.

Three wins this past week for Mike Newbert.
We always look forward to the low season and the summertime specials known as “Sports Days”. This allows the locals and visitors the chance to take advantage of some great rates on the best golf courses in the region. St. Andrews is one of those special days out and this is one of the best courses Pattaya has to offer. Not content with being a great test of the game, it also offers some spectacular scenery with a few holes that are truly breathtaking. Try to play this course this summer for a real treat.
Top of the leaderboard, once again, was none other than Mike Newbert. Mike is becoming ‘Mr. Consistency’ here at TGC and is proving very hard to knock off the podium. His 37 points was a fine score for this course and a 35 from Billy Eyles was enough for second. The real surprised look was saved for our pal Jimmy Brackett who waltzed away with third with only 27 points circled at the top of his card. You boys have just got to try harder!
