Tuesday, July 12, Laem Chabang – Stableford
Our first day of experimenting with playing on a Tuesday and we had a good turnout; maybe this was just because of the venue today? We will just have to wait and see how it goes.
Anyway the field was split up into two divisions; Shane Ruddle taking the A Flight on count-back (17-15) from Billy Vickers, both players scoring 35 points. Harvey Samuels took the honours in the B Flight where second place was also decided on count-back, Andy Crabb losing out to Alex Millbourn 15-14.

Thursday, July 14, Plutaluang – Stableford
We expected it to be really busy today as Friday was a public holiday, but we were pleasantly surprised to find the course virtually empty so we had a nice clear round. We did not have so many players out today so only one division where it turned out to be ladies day as Ning Neal showed the men how the game should be played; beating ‘Mr. Muscles from Brussels’ on a back nine count-back of 20-18.
It was a very international event with Thailand in first place followed by Belgium and Sweden.
